Established in 1989, Karkas Zurag LLC is one of the leading architectural and
engineering companies in Mongolia. We provide a full array of services including
architectural and engineering design. Our company has successfully implemented
many projects in both Ulaanbaatar and rural provinces covering areas as diverse
as residential block, office buildings, hospitals, hotels, schools and
industrial buildings.



We are a creative team actively working to produce high quality design and

Karkas Zurag LLC is fully licensed to undertake such professional services as:

URBAN PLANNING

We are capable of developing regional development plans, urban planning baseline
studies, site development plans and master plan for city, village, new
developments and towns and all supporting documents for all phases of
implementations. Urban planning projects determine a complex operation to create
healthy and safe environment for people to live comfortably by organizing,
building, landscaping, creating green areas, and providing appropriate social
and engineering infrastructure services economically. Urban planning projects
are developed after analyzing the narrow research findings of the population,
labor resources, production, economy, infrastructure, and the environmental
development of the particular region, village, or the city.




ARCHITECTURE

Architectural shapes, dimensions, artistic expressions, exterior and interior
spatial proper planning based on the construction location and engineering study
are developed in accordance with the client’s interests and demands. All types
of architectural and spatial design planning of public, residential, industrial
and commercial spaces with distinctive and interesting modern design solutions
in compliance with the local standards and codes. We aim to create an
environment for people to live, work, and relax comfortably with our collective
effort and intellectual capacity by finding comprehensive solutions for
architectural planning, material, technic, and technology.




ENGINEERING

We develop comprehensive projects with consideration of structural reliability
and stability, engineering channels, energy efficiency, calculations and
solutions based on green buildings. We develop full set of drawings that meets
advanced technological requirements using latest version of software to choose
the appropriate, reliable, and efficient solutions for construction structure,
thermal insulation, heating, ventilation, water supply, sewerage, lighting,
automation, electricity, communication, and alarm security system.




PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We cooperate with our clients effectively through consultancy services,
professional monitoring of implementation process, project strategy, budgeting
and identifying the plan in the development of townships, districts and
buildings. We give utmost importance in identifying the needs of our clients and
reflecting our client’s needs from the planning of the design drawing through
the actual construction process.




CONSULTANCY

In addition to our core expertise in architecture and design, we also offer our
clients a range of consulting services including project management, cost
estimation, front-endloading, feasibility studies and other services.
