SOUFFLÉ BREAKFAST OATS

These breakfast oats are light and delicious, the perfect way to have a sweet
morning breakfast with some added protein




   INGREDIENTS

   --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 * Egg white
   
   1 (about 30 g)

 * Vanilla extract
   
   1 teaspoon (about 5 ml)

 * Maple syrup
   
   1 tablespoon (about 15 ml)

 * Quick-cooking oats
   
   35 g (about 3 ⅜ tablespoons)

 * Frozen raspberries
   
   35 g (about 3 ½ tablespoons)

 * Oat milk
   
   90 ml (about ¼ cup)

 * Butter
   
   as needed


   METHOD

   --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 * 1. Add the egg white to a mixing bowl
 * 2. Whisk the egg whites until you form stiff peaks
 * 3. To the whisked egg white add vanilla, maple syrup, oats, raspberries and
   oat milk
 * 4. Gently fold the mixture together
 * 5. Grease a medium microwave-safe dish with a small bit of butter
 * 6. Add in the egg and oat mixture
 * 7. Place the wire rack in the microwave
 * 8. Add the bowl with the mixture and cook for 5 mins on combo 1
 * 9. Carefully remove the dish and serve immediately
