PRINTER SERVICING

We offer competitive rates for maintenance packages or we can attend on an
ad-hoc basis as and when you may need us.We provide printer servicing and
maintenance for a large array of UV super-wide and large format printers across
the globe. Our aim is to provide excellent customer support to ensure that your
printer is working to the best of its ability and is back in production as soon
as possible.

PRINTER RELOCATION

We move various manufacturers machines and can include decommission and
recommission in many cases. We approach each job individually and will work
collaboratively with you to meet your time scale, assisting you throughout with
professional advice and support at a competitive cost. We use a comprehensive
network of professional, reliable and experienced contacts where we need to, so
please contact us if we can help you.

REMOTE SUPPORT OPTIONS

We provide ad-hoc and one-off telephone support, or a monthly telephone support
contract, using various mediums such as facetime, WhatsApp, Team Viewer etc.

ASSET VALUATION SERVICES

We provide asset valuations for claim handlers/insurers, insolvency matters,
finance companies, customers buying and/or selling machines. Contact us to learn

RIP SERVICES

We resell Caldera RIPS and can offer a full service offering from scoping out
your requirement, obtaining a quote, RIP set-up, training, profiling, and
ongoing subscription with Caldera Care. Contact us to learn more!

TRAINING

We provide full on-site training, covering machine safety, operating practices,
understanding how environment affects the machine, printer maintenance, everyday
set up, basic RIP, media and production best practice etc. Our engineers have a
lot of real-world experience and knowledge on the supported printers. We also
seek to empower machine operators, encouraging savings on time and money for our

installation of 2 second hand UV printers (5m wide HP XP5300 and 2m wide Vutek
QS2000), and their on-going support gives our operators the confidence to

wide market at a fraction of the cost of buying new machinery which has
broadened not only our general offering as a business, but has also opened us up
