What happens after I send an inquiry for domain purchase?

After sending in your inquiry, we will contact you as soon as we can. A
Domeinenbank employee will then lead you through the entire purchase process. As
soon as we have reached an agreement regarding the price, we will send you an
invoice and purchase agreement. As soon as the payment has been made and the
agreement has been signed by both parties, you can get started right away.

How does a domain transfer work?

As soon as we have validated and confirmed the payment, we will contact you
right away. This is when we send you the ‘transfer token’ for that domain. With
this code, you can move the domain to a registrar or hosting provider of your
choice. This process is usually fairly self-explanatory, but we offer full
domain transfer support when needed.
