FOR EXTRA SMOOTHNESS

Our time intensive process is about ensuring all Dewar’s Blended Scotch Whisky
is as smooth as it possibly can be. For nearly 150 years, our seven Master
Blenders have pioneered, evolved and refined the double ageing process.

SIMPLY PUT, WE AGE, WE BLEND, WE AGE AGAIN.

By creating our whisky in this way we ensure that all the flavours from the
component parts are given time to intertwine together. Forging a harmonious,
well-balanced blended scotch whisky that is ridiculously smooth.

In 1892 while out with friends in New York, Tommy Dewar asked for his whisky to
be served in a tall glass, along with soda and ice – and so the ‘Original
Highball’ was born, and became the perfect drink to enhance the smoothness of
our whisky.
