Researched LLM security. Authored Jailbreaker in Jail, accepted to the 10th ACM
CCS Workshop on Moving Target Defense (MTD). Also developed an AI TA by training
it on past discussion posts and information on the course website.

PROJECTS

Reminisc 2024
A memory architecture inspired by OpenAI’s work. This enables LLMs to remember
key details shared by users, leading to more helpful and engaging conversations.

It manages user interactions to keep conversations relevant, automatically
generates new memories based on user input, classifies which interactions should
be stored in memory, and maintains recent history for continuity and more
helpful responses.

Reminisc - Personal Memory API
Reminisc learns and retains context about your users to make conversations more
helpful and relevant.

Insight 2024 Had a Raspberry Pi laying around and built an AI wearable at the
Google x MHacks AI Hackathon in a weekend. Insight uses Gemini 1.5 Pro to answer
questions based on what you see and hear, and it remembers those memories for
you.
Won 5th out of 65 projects. Twitter/X post went viral and got over 600k views.
GitHub repo got over 280 stars.

Color Season 2024
Saw a viral reel about color season and decided to spend my Sunday learning
color theory and building a website for it.

Color Season Me | Discover Your Perfect Colors
Discover your color season and find the perfect colors that complement your
natural beauty. Upload your picture and let our app analyze your face, hair, and
eye colors to determine your color season. Get personalized recommendations for
colors that will make you look and feel your best!

YouLearn 2023 → Present Co-founder and CEO. Building a personalized AI tutor
with generative AI. Got together a 4 person team, learned to work together, and
built the MVP in just a few months.
I taught myself full-stack development, design patterns for object oriented
programming, LLM integration with retrieval based generation, Docker containers,
AWS for S3, SES, Lambda, and ECR, GCP Cloud Run for hosting, and more, all from
scratch.

YouLearn has 100,000+ users, funding from Michigan Virtual, and a pilot with
Stride Learning (public company with $2B valuation).

Magic Events Nov 2023
Built an AI agent that creates itinerary for events, labels floor plan for
spacial visualization, calls vendors to book venue and catering, and automates
purchasing of flights and hotels for a large group of attendee.

Rabbit Hole Mar 2023
Designed to counteract confirmation bias often encountered in typical Google
searches. Reverse-engineered Bing search API to create a network of research
paper nodes based on a specific topic. The search provides resources supporting
both sides of an argument, presenting a balanced view that encourages deeper
exploration and understanding, effectively leading users down a "rabbit hole" of
diverse information.

Rabbit Hole
Get to the bottom of an argument or redefine your research with AI-powered
source discovery.

GPT Check Feb 2023
Students are smart enough to change the wording of AI-generated responses, so I
built GPTCheck to focus on the underlying ideas rather than just the text
itself. It detects plagiarized text by generating a sample of AI-generated
responses and using cosine and Jaccard similarity to compare each to the
student’s answer for a comprehensive score.

Resale Market 2021 → Present A marketplace Discord bot that allows members to
create visual listings and review other members for transactions. It serves the
reselling community that operates on Discord, where the lack of a standardized
and centralized marketplace like eBay or StockX creates a haven for scammers.
This project began when I lost $300 to an anon and now Resale Market facilitates
transactions for free in 12 of the community's biggest servers with over 8,000+
members in total. My plan is to develop a web-based marketplace that integrates
directly with Discord for a better user experience.

ALT

Before: People posted WTS (Want To Sell) in an unorganized fashion. Buyers don’t
know what the product looks like or the seller’s reputation.

After: One command auto-populates product information and image.

Expeditor 2021 → 2022 A food discount scraper Discord bot. I built this during
Covid when people faced food insecurity and had difficulties accessing grocery
stores. At peak had 1000+ unique users, including other Discord servers with
800+ members each.

Acquired
Listen to Acquired on Spotify. Every company has a story. Learn the playbooks
that built the world’s greatest companies — and how you can apply them as a
founder, operator, or investor.

Founders
Listen to Founders on Spotify. Learn from history's greatest entrepreneurs.
Every week I read a biography of an entrepreneur and find ideas you can use in
your work. This quote explains why: "There are thousands of years of history in
which lots and lots of very smart people worked very hard and ran all types of
experiments on how to create new businesses, invent new technology, new ways to
manage etc. They ran these experiments throughout their entire lives. At some
point, somebody put these lessons down in a book. For very little money and a
few hours of time, you can learn from someone’s accumulated experience. There is
so much more to learn from the past than we often realize. You could
productively spend your time reading experiences of great people who have come
before and you learn every time." —Marc Andreessen

Huberman Lab
Listen to Huberman Lab on Spotify. Huberman Lab discusses neuroscience — how our
brain and its connections with the organs of our body control our perceptions,
our behaviors, and our health. We also discuss existing and emerging tools for
measuring and changing how our nervous system works. Andrew Huberman, Ph.D., is
a neuroscientist and tenured professor in the department of neurobiology, and by
courtesy, psychiatry and behavioral sciences at Stanford School of Medicine. He
has made numerous significant contributions to the fields of brain development,
brain function and neural plasticity, which is the ability of our nervous system
to rewire and learn new behaviors, skills and cognitive functioning.
Huberman is a McKnight Foundation and Pew Foundation Fellow and was awarded the
Cogan Award, given to the scientist making the most significant discoveries in
the study of vision, in 2017. His lab’s most recent work focuses on the
influence of vision and respiration on human performance and brain states such
as fear and courage. He also works on neural regeneration and directs a clinical
trial to promote visual restoration in diseases that cause blindness. Huberman
is also actively involved in developing tools now in use by the elite military
in the U.S. and Canada, athletes, and technology industries to optimize
performance in high stress environments, enhance neural plasticity, mitigate
stress and optimize sleep.   Work from the Huberman Laboratory at Stanford
School of Medicine has been published in top journals including Nature, Science
and Cell and has been featured in TIME, BBC, Scientific American, Discover and
other top media outlets.  In 2021, Dr. Huberman launched the Huberman Lab
podcast. The podcast is frequently ranked in the top 5 of all podcasts globally
and is often ranked #1 in the categories of Science, Education, and Health &
Fitness.
