O’Shaughnessy is the Director of Business Information Systems at Nephron Pharmaceuticals, with 7 years of experience overseeing software development, quality control systems, and information management. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Leah improves processes using technology and data and instructs the Nephron Green Belt Certification course. Leah has led various RFID initiatives at Nephron, including distributing over 35 million RFID-tagged syringes. Leah holds a board position at UnitVisID Alliance and is passionate about the application of RFID technology in healthcare. DAVID MASON Director of Supply Chain Compliance and DSCA Sandoz David Mason is the Supply Chain Compliance and Serialization Lead at Sandoz Pharmaceuticals. He is responsible for implementing serialization in the Americas with a current focus on DSCSA compliance and technical implementation. David's extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry includes Quality, Engineering, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Packaging, and Manufacturing. He has been involved in the serialization space since 2003, beginning with California. LES LOUDEN, PHARMD, MS, BCPS Pharmacy Manager St. Joseph’s Hospital Les Louden, PharmD, MS, BCPS is a Pharmacy Manager for BayCare Health System's St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, Florida. He has a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from East Tennessee State University and completed a Health-System Pharmacy Administration Residency at The Ohio State University. Dr. Louden is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialists with interests in pharmacy automation technology, medication safety, and finance. NILESH DESAI, MBA, BS, RPH, CPPS Chief Pharmacy Officer Baptist Health System Nilesh Desai, Chief Pharmacy Officer at Baptist Health, oversees pharmacy operations across 8 hospitals. With 21 years at Hackensack University Medical Center, he led inpatient/outpatient/retail pharmacies and oversaw OB/GYN and maternal-fetal medicine practices. He centralized decision-making on technology, training, formulary standardization, medication policies and workflows. Desai expanded clinical pharmacist teams and residency programs, and implemented successful systems, including Epic medical record software and e-prescribing.
