GroupTogether charges a small fee if you want to withdraw the funds, available

GroupTogether charges a one-time fee of $5.50 AUD to create a group card. See

CAN THE RECIPIENT SPLIT THE ANYCARD?



Yes they can! The recipient can split the AnyCard across multiple retailer eGift
Cards. Please note that the AnyCard doesn't carry a balance, the full amount
needs to be redeemed.

The AnyCard needs to be redeemed within 3 years and then the retailer eGift
Cards are valid for another 3 years and have a diminishing balance (they don't
need to be spent all at once).


CAN I HAVE A GROUP CARD WITHOUT COLLECTING MONEY?



Sure! We’re about helping you do good things. If that’s a beautiful card with
messages, then great. During the setup process, you'll be asked what we can help
you with, please select a card only.


HOW SECURE ARE MY FUNDS WITH GROUPTOGETHER?



We take security very seriously. We have an SSL certificate that provides
security for all online communications (https). We do not process payments - we
leave that to our payment gateway, checkout.com (AU) and Stripe (USA). We do not
handle your credit card details, even temporarily and each collection is secured
by 2-factor authentication to prevent someone else from accessing your funds.
Our website is built on Microsoft Azure platform and is hosted on secure
Microsoft servers that have rigorous safety features embedded in their
architecture.


CAN I SPLIT THE COLLECTION ACROSS DIFFERENT EGIFT CARDS AND CASH?



If you're an organiser you can. Once your collection closes, you can split the
money across as many gifts and gift cards as you'd like. You can even transfer
some of the funds to your personal bank account (AU only, rules and regulations
apply.

If you're a recipient you can split your AnyCard across as many gifts and gift
cards as you'd like. Cash transfer is not available.


HOW DO I SEND MY GROUP CARD?



If you’ve set up a card (no collection) your card will be sent at the time you
designate during the setup process. You choose the date, time, time zone and
delivery email address. GroupTogether will then automatically email it at this
time. To edit this time, login to your account, select your card and choose the
Edit button in Settings. Choose a new date and time and save.


If you've set up a card + gift there are several options. GroupTogether has a
virtual gift unwrapping process that allows the recipient to open and read the
card and then unwrap and view the gift. You can choose whether GroupTogether
emails that gift link to the recipient directly or whether we send it to you to
forward on. You can also download the card and gift as PDF files and print or
share with the recipient. We also provide the gift link so that you can copy,
paste and share it. All these options are available on your Track page.


If you've set up a card and want to withdraw the money you also have options.
You can enter the email address where you’d like the card sent and we will
immediately email it for you. You can also download the card as a PDF file and
