HOW DO I TRANSFER CRYPTO?



To transfer crypto on the Voyager app:

 1. If you have a ERC-20 compatible wallet, click the CONNECT WALLET button
    above, to initiate your withdrawal procedure.
 2. Tap on the specific token you want to transfer.
 3. Review the Crypto Transfer Disclaimer, scroll to the bottom, and click the
    box to accept.
 4. Enter the destination wallet address in the To: section or scan the QR code
    for the receiving wallet address by tapping the QR icon.
    Be sure to confirm that the receiving wallet accepts the specific token you
    want to transfer and is compatible with the blockchain on which the tokens
    will be sent. Voyager only supports primary chains, not side-chains.
 5. Enter the amount of the token you want to transfer and the dollar value will
    automatically populate.
    Fees are noted on the top right corner of the screen.
 6. Slide right to transfer.
 7. Enter your two-step verification from your authenticator app or SMS and tap
    confirm to verify your transfer.
 8. Finally, check your email and review all details. Your transaction will only
    be processed after you complete the email confirmation step.

WHAT TYPE OF CRYPTO WALLET OR ACCOUNT CAN I USE TO TRANSFER MY CRYPTO?



You must have either a non-custodial crypto wallet or an account with a US-based
exchange to transfer your crypto. You will want to ensure that your selected
destination(s) accept the specific tokens you are planning to send.

Please note that once you have identified the specific crypto assets that you
will transfer off the platform, you will want to confirm that any existing
accounts(s) or wallet(s) you have can accept each of the tokens that you will
transfer.  If they do not, you may need to set up additional non-custodial
wallets so that all of your crypto on the Voyager app have a wallet to receive
them.  You must also confirm that the receiving non-custodial wallet(s) are
compatible with the blockchain on which the tokens will be sent – Voyager only
supports primary chains, not side chains.  Finally, there will be transaction
fees that apply to each transfer.


CAN I TRANSFER MY CRYPTO TO MORE THAN ONE WALLET?



Yes, you may set up more than one non-custodial wallet to transfer your crypto.
In fact, you may need to do so in order to transfer the various types of crypto
you may hold. Make sure you check the destination wallet or exchange to ensure
that they accept what you want to transfer.


CAN I CANCEL A CRYPTO WITHDRAWAL?



Due to the nature of digital asset transactions on the blockchain, once
initiated, withdrawals cannot be canceled.


HOW LONG WILL MY WITHDRAWAL TAKE?



Due to the volume of transactions, compliance requirements, and load on the
system, transfers may take 3-7 days to complete.


WHAT COINS DOES THE VOYAGER PLATFORM SUPPORT FOR TRANSFER?



The below list includes all coins supported for transfer off the Voyager
platform in kind.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE ANY U.S. DOLLAR RECOVERY?



U.S. dollar recoveries will be made either by check, sent to the address listed
on your Voyager account, or possibly by ACH.
