STEP 1

Export your settings.

These instructions will delete all your settings and statistics. You can export
your settings by going to the Blocks tab and clicking the little button in the
top right corner.

STEP 2

Run the removal tool.

Please download and run the following removal tool. Follow the prompts to
uninstall Blocker.

STEP 3

Reinstall and import your settings.

After Blocker is uninstalled, you can download it again from the pricing page.
If you have pro, you can activate pro from the free installer by using your
product key again. You can also import your old settings again.

STEP 1

Export your settings.

STEP 2

Open Terminal.

Please open a system application called Terminal (you can search for it in
Launchpad).

STEP 3

Run removal commands.

Copy one line at a time and paste them in Terminal, then press the return key to
run the command. Note the last command will ask for your macOS administrator
password.

launchctl unload ~/Library/LaunchAgents/launchkeep.cold-turkey.plist

pkill -9 "Cold Turkey Blocker"

sudo rm -rf "/Library/Application Support/Cold Turkey"

STEP 4

Quit Safari.

Please make sure to 'Quit' Safari, if it's running.

STEP 5

Trash the app.

Drag the Cold Turkey Blocker.app file from your Applications folder to the
Trash.

STEP 6

Reinstall and import your settings.

After Blocker is uninstalled, you can download it again from the pricing page.
If you have pro, you can activate pro from the free installer by using your
product key again. You can also import your old settings again.
