commercial, industrial as well as residential set up. One aspect that makes our

STATIC GUARDING

Static guards provide assurance that the physical security and access controls
at your premises are closely monitored and managed in accordance with your
operational needs.


RECRUITMENT & TRAINING

We provide extensive and regular internal classroom training for our guards and
officers in line with the Government curriculum requirements


TRAINED DOGS & HANDLERS

Trained dogs are an integral part of our security services. Our Kennel is run by
a professional dog trainer assisted by a dog master and several kennel
attendants.


FRONT OFFICE MANAGERS

ne of the first qualifications that our front desk managers possess is
hospitality experience. This requirement can sometimes be satisfied by customer
service experience.


MESSENGER SERVICES

We offer a professional courier service with nationwide delivery and pick-ups
within Nairobi and the surrounding counties.


EVENTS MANAGEMENT

We provide security for many special events. Regardless of the size of your
event we have the resources and ability to provide complete coverage for all
events security activities.


ALARM SYSTEMS

We offer an Alarm Monitoring service to a wide and varied customer base from
domestic premises to corporate & large industrial units.


CCTV SYSTEMS

All of our CCTV systems have the ability to see what’s happening inside and
outside your home, day or night, rain or shine, no matter where you might be.


ACCESS CONTROLS

Access Control regulates the movement of people into and within the building to
help protect employees, property and company information.


FIRE SAFETY EQUIPMENT

We will help to make sure that your building has all of the required, basic fire
safety equipment installed.


ELECTRIC FENCING

A high voltage shock combined with a physical barrier will deter anyone from
attempting to penetrate the perimeter fence.


FIRE AWARENESS

We do basic fire safety training to raise awareness of fire hazards in the
workplace and how to act safely in the event of an emergency fire situation.

GUARDS, YOU PROBABLY HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS.

How do we price your services?

There are a variety of factors that go into the cost of services. For example,
the number of hours, location, specific duty requirements and other
contributions as well. We would be happy to meet with you and discuss what your
specific needs are.

What type of background check is performed on your security guards?

We conduct an extensive internal investigation including prior employment and
personal references. We put it MANDATORY for applicants to provide their police
clearance certificate prior to intake out criminal history fingerprint checks
conducted by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.

What type of training do your security guards receive?

Yes. We offer a security uniform, with company patch and our badge. In addition
we can offer a concierge style uniform consisting of a blazer and tie. Our
Executive Protection services are provided by plain-clothes officers.

Are your security officers in uniform?

Our training program consists of classroom training that covers state laws and
general security procedures. In addition, all security personnel receive
specific on-site training for each individual client. All security officers are
properly trained before starting their assignment.

Are your security officers supervised?

The security guard checks in and off duty using software system, that verifies
the officer’s location and keeps a record of when the officer is on duty. Tick
Security has supervisors out in the field that routinely monitor the performance
of all team members. Through their supervision, training and inspection our
clients are assured of high quality service.

Do the security guards keep daily reports?

Depending on management needs, daily security reports can be provided for each
shift. Incident reports will be provided if some of sort of security violation
occurs. This would consist of any criminal activity, any property loss or
damage, any falls or injuries occurring on the property.
Electronic reporting can be provided to clients.
