HOW TO UPLOAD DOCUMENTS - NHT ONLINE

The National Housing Trust is introducing a tool to allow customers to submit
documents required for its various services via its NHT Online portal on its
website at https://online.nht.gov.jm.

On June 1, 2022, customers will be invited to go paperless with some of our
major transactions via the NHT Online portal. Currently, customers are required
to email their documents.

NHT DELIVERS LOTS AT WINDCREST HILLS

February 11, marked the dawn of a new era in the lives of several contributors
of the National Housing Trust (NHT) who are now landowners having received their
letters of possession at a handing over ceremony of seventy serviced lots at
Windcrest Hills, Hellshire, St. Catherine.

Acknowledging the importance of housing to the well-being of individuals, Prime
Minister, the Most Hon. Andrew Holness, in delivering his keynote address,
assured that his administration continues to prioritise the provision of
accessible and affordable housing.

NHT SKILLS TRAINING PROGRAMME

The National Housing Trust (NHT), through its Social Development Department, has
conducted a skills training programme for residents of selected NHT schemes to
assist beneficiaries in properly servicing their mortgage obligations. The first
leg of the training was conducted between October 5 and 19, 2020.
