SEASONS OF DISCOVERY - BLACKFATHOM DEEP DYNAMIC SIGN-UP

Well, yet another successful opening raid tier. World 23, US 13. Our second
group was US 45 with a totally different raid composition. Great showing!

As we move forward... there's stuff to figure out. Without factoring in the 50+
recruits we've brought in from open recruitment, we have quite the
administrative puzzle to unravel when it comes to BFD.

The approach we'll take with this is to build 3-4 structured BFD runs that will
have a relatively set 8 or so players in each with a flex of 2 to allow new
blood to flow in week to week. I currently have two raid leaders to handle two
of the runs, looking for interested parties to run additional ones.

After each reset, players will need to come here and sign up for the given
lockout they are looking to schedule into.

Raider ranks will not have to sign up each week, and the days they can make will
be selected from their last sign up. If a raider has their schedule change, they
can re-sign up and it will take the latest sign up.

I'll continue to monitor this and it will evolve. But overall, this strikes a
nice balance of allowing sign-ups for a 3-day reset without being frustrating
for core raiders.

I'll be recording a video to talk about where we're at with SoD and where we're
looking to go. I know a bunch of you are new and feeling lost - I want to try my
best to make sure you have the best opportunity to crack into the core teams.
There's a lot of history to climb through, but in general you will get out what
you put in.
