SOME IDEAS ON BRIGHT MLS LEGIT OR SCAM?: WASHINGTONDC - REDDIT YOU SHOULD KNOW

Representatives and brokers who require access to a bigger market often need to
join numerous listing services, which often offer clashing information, stated
Tom Phillips, Bright's president and CEO and former CEO of PATTERN. "The borders
were actually approximate and established decades ago when associations were
very first formed ... and innovation was such that it couldn't deal with huge
varieties of users," Charron stated.

Besides Phillips and Charron, MRIS's former COO, Brian Donnellan, will lead the
service as Bright's COO. MRIS was formed in 1993 when a number of Realtor
associations in the Baltimore location merged their listing system with that of
other groups in the state and in surrounding jurisdictions. Other Intense
members in addition to MRIS and PATTERN consist of the Coastal Association of
Realtors in Maryland; the Cumberland County Board of Realtors in New Jersey; the
Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors, the Lancaster County Association of
Relators, the Lebanon County Association of Realtors and the Realtors
Association of York and Adams Counties, all in Pennsylvania; and the Sussex
County Association of Realtors in Delaware.

The business is dealing with integrating different listing systems and expects
to have an initial version prepared by summer season, when it will start
transforming users to the new service. Phillips said Intense intend to broaden
ultimately to an even bigger footprint."This is definitely a pattern, and I
believe we're visiting more of it going forward," Charron said.
