DOB NOW DOB NOW Submit Filings, Payments, and Requests to the NYC Department of Buildings DOB NOW IS UNAVAILABLE DUE TO MAINTENANCE Sorry for the inconvenience but we’re performing some planned maintenance at the moment. To file an Emergency Work Notification (EWN) only during this system outage, a Licensed Master Plumber (LMP), Licensed Master Fire Suppression Piping Contractor (FSC) or Licensed Oil Burner Equipment Installers (OBI) may submit an EWN to the LAA Unit by email to DOBEWN@buildings.nyc.gov. The email should include: 1) Address of the emergency 2) Licensee’s name and license number 3) A brief description of the emergency condition and the associated proposed work to repair.
