Jinan Shengquan Group Share-Holding Co., Ltd., founded in 1979, occupies a land

Biorefinery
“Shengquan method” integrated biorefinery green technology is a technology with
true origin innovation at the international level. At present, Shengquan Group
is the only enterprise mastering this technology in the world, and has applied
for 245 invention patents, of which 112 have been granted. The technology has
been included in the Green Technology Promotion Catalog of the National
Development and Reform Commission, and spread in the whole China. At present,
the world's first 1-million-ton level “Shengquan” integrated biorefinery project
(Phase I), invested by Shengquan Group, has been completed in Daqing,
Heilongjiang.

High-performance resin and composites industry is the leading industry of
Shengquan. Equipped with highly automated phenolic resin workshop with the
largest monomer production capacity around the world and the most advanced
technology, Shengquan Group can achieve the annual phenolic resin output of
650,000 tons, ranking the 1st in the world.

Foundry material industry is an advantageous and pillar industry of the Group.
The annual output of furan resin, the leading product, is 150,000 tons, ranking
the first in the world; Filter products breaking the foreign monopoly have been
recognized as the National Torch Program key high-tech products by the Ministry
of Science and Technology, ranking the 1st in Asia for production and sales

Shangbo Biotech Co., Ltd., founded as a JV between Shengquan Group and UK
Carbosynth Ltd. in 2011, has been focusing on R&D, production and sales of
carbohydrates, nucleosides and other pharmaceutical intermediates and APIs.
Shangbo has established a multi-functional CGMP workshop in line with EU
requirements, and a hydrogenation workshop, which further improves its ability
to carry out production transformation in the CDMO market and forms a “R&D –
production” system from casual trial, pilot plant test to scale-up production.

Shandong Shengquan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd was established in 2017 with
the registered capital of RMB 200 million. It is a high-tech enterprise
dedicated to R&D and manufacturing of long-life battery related fields. The
total investment of the first phase of the project is RMB 310 million, mainly
including new factories and ancillary facilities, total construction area is
10,439 square meters.
