GREAT CHOICE
I have no complaints. I was very pleased with my stay. We booked for a
large group to attend a soccer tournament and were provided excellent
service. It was clean and well organized.

NOT THE BEST STAY FOR A MARRIOTT HOTEL
I did not enjoy my stay. For a Marriott hotel I expected better. I enjoyed

GREAT HOTEL GREAT AREA
The hotel was great the staff was very welcoming the only complaint I had
was not being notified earlier that my room was being switched if it had to
be switched I felt it should have been upgraded and if someone is traveling
by themselves I think it would be nice to be on a side of the hotel that's
a little bit more quiet instead of one where there's plenty of children
indoors slamming throughout the night not late night but it was about 8:00
or 9:00 p.m. but it was a good stay overall I'm very happy I chose this
hotel and I will be back whenever I'm in town but it was a good stay

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS
This was the worst stay I have ever had at a Marriott property. For
starters they tried to put me on the 1st floor by the elevator when I asked
for 3rd floor away from the elevator. They moved me after I complained.
Then I went to use the pool - it was dirty and cold, I tried the hot tub
and it was also cold. I could not get in the hotel fitness room to use it
either. Finally, the curtains did not help darken the bright lights in the
parking lot shinning into 328 and the sound deadening in the walls was not
sufficient as I heard the trains across the street all night and people in
the hallways. They really need to upgrade or tear down this hotel as it is
very run down as well.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent stay.
Apon my departure that afternoon, the pool heater was checked and was
at 80 degrees and our professional cleaning was done and documented. I
do apologize if these things were not up to your standards as we want
all guests to be comfortable. As for the train, we do understand we are
next to the train tracks, and it could bother some guests. As far as
being run down, we are newly remodeled and would love to know more on
how you saw this in your experience so we can address it; we look
forward to all guest comments about the hotel.

A STEP AWAY FROM THE CITY.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I needed a safe, affordable place for my
daughter and I. The friendly staff made the stay complete. I would

REST AND RELAXATION!
From the time I arrived, the staff was welcoming, warm, cheerful, and very
professional. The employees were willing to offer suggestions
when asked. I met breakfast hostess Marcia, who was wonderfully
pleasant/cheerful and put so much effort into having a clean/appetizing
breakfast buffet. My room was spotless! Very nice, quiet safe stay!!
