haven, nestled on hilltop of Weir CYN, boasts ~1,300 SQFT indoors and ~700 SQFT
outdoors.

Conveniently located just 15 min from Disneyland, Beach, Honda/Convention
Center, Angel Stadium, CSUF, UCI, Chapman, South Coast Plaza, shopping malls,
Newport/Huntington beach.

Community pool, hot tub, & gym are temporary closed for maintenance till end of
May 2024.
There are:
- Master BR #1: One VIP Cal King gel infused Tempur-Pedic matters with en-suit
bathroom (upstairs)
- Master BR #2: One Queen mattress with en-suit bathroom (upstairs)
- BR #3: One Queen mattress with bathroom located right across the room
(downstairs)

- We offer optional additional twin bed for a fee of $45 per night per guest

This place was one of the best airbnbs i have been too , one of the nicest areas
in California, very clean and nice , amenities were more than perfect. The host
was super cooperative and friendly!

This property's location and amenities were everything we were looking for. The
interior appliances and backyard was wonderful and clean. We woke up everyday to
the rose scents and chilled by the fireplace at nights. My wife used the office
to work remotely and the set up was easy to use. It's conveniently located to
Newport beach, Disneyland, Knott's Berry farm, and concert venues. Definitely a
plus in our books. The host (Ed) went above and beyond to accommodate our needs
and was super communicative. Highly suggesting this place and the host to
EVERYONE!

Our family stayed here and it was such a pleasure. We had everything needed for
a family of 5, including my infant, toddler, and a pet. The house was sparkling
clean, and close to the beach, Disneyland , Knott's berry farm. The backyard and
pool were such a good experience. Definitely go back here soon!

Peaceful and nice area with plenty of surrounding stores and restaurants. Rooms
were clean and organized. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and Ed was very flexible/
helpful with my request to check in early.

Clean and high tech home offered so many amenities. I loved how the mattress

This was by far one of my favorite experiences with booking a place online! It
definitely exceeded my expectations! The entire process went really smooth &
stress free. The place was clean and it was exactly as promised! The place also
came with a spacious garage which put my mind at ease with the parking
situation. it was truly equipped for a comfortable stay and Ed, the host was
easy to communicate with, he was also very responsive and patient with all of
our questions. The place is located in a nice neighborhood and the accessibility
is great! We will definitely come back to this place in our future visits and
will recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a comfortable stay while
visiting Orange County!

We were lucky to find this gem. The location is awesome, in one of the nicest
neighborhoods of Anaheim Hills, close to Disney and Newport beach. There's also
a lake nearby, which is nice for a walk. The inside of the house is much better
than what the pictures show. The furniture in the living room and dining room
has been upgraded; the couches are full recliners, and the beds were comfy too.
It has a lovely backyard, and the kitchen has everything you might need. Big
thanks to Ed, our host! He was super nice, always quick to reply, and really
patient with all our questions. We truly appreciated how welcoming he was.

This lovely home was just like in the photos and perhaps even better. It is
clean and airy and beautiful and comfortable. Everything you possibly could need
is here. The home is lovely and the neighborhood is amazing and beautiful. I
can’t say enough about the responsiveness of it. He has gone above and beyond
all our expectations..

We had the pleasure of staying at Ed's Airbnb house for about a month, and our
experience was nothing short of fantastic. The house itself was exactly what we
were looking for: beautiful, comfortable, quiet, and equipped with all the
amenities we needed for our extended stay (and an amazingly comfortable
mattress!). One of the highlights was definitely the huge backyard with
wonderful garden - a rare find that added so much value to our stay. It was the
perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying some outdoor time. Ed was an
exceptional host. Right from the start, he was cooperative, always available to
assist us with any queries or needs we had. His attentiveness and willingness to
go above and beyond made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. We would
highly recommend Ed's place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable
