Yes, it is. We only offer original designs and never offer copies or fakes.

Where are you based?

The factory is located in Lviv (Ukraine) and carries out a full cycle of work on
the manufacture of products.

How can I be sure that the dress will fit me if my figure is not standard?

We offer a unique opportunity to order a custom-sized dress, what means that the
dress will be created  with your individual measurements, ensuring the perfect
fit. Our video guide will help you measure all dimensions accurately. It is
highly recommended that all measurements be taken with the help of a family
member, friend, or tailor.

Is the sewing of a dress according to my individual measurements (to order) paid
additionally?

Yes, the sewing  a dress of a non-standard size is paid additionally, according
to the developed calculations.

Can I match the veil to the dress I have chosen?

Yes, we can make a veil for each of our dresses.

⭐ Can you sew a dress upon a picture or sketch?

A team of skilled designers and constructors are creating unique dresses for our
Clients and ensure that the dresses we offer are successful not only in terms of
a design, but also they are technologically correct for perfect fit on any body
shape. We do not make dresses according to someone else's design, however most
of our dresses can be altered to accommodate your wishes in terms of color,
neckline shape or depth, sleeve length, train or a back design. We have many
years of experience working with individual dresses, modest dresses or custom
made dresses.

Can I rent a wedding dress on your website?

We do not have dresses for rent.

Can you send me fabric samples before I order the dress?

We try to use only the finest materials available on the market. We do not
provide samples of our fabrics at the moment.

Can I see real pictures of the dresses?

All the photos you see on our website are real with real dresses sewn for photo
shoots. If you want to see dresses on the real brides, write to us
at retail@oksana-mukha.com.

Can the dresses be customized?

Yes, most of our dresses can be customized.

Do you have ready in stock dresses or need to be sewn?

Some of our dresses, presented on the website, are ready in stock in a certain
size, you can buy them right away.

How long does it take to sew a dress?

The production time for ordered evening products is 4-6 weeks, wedding - 5-10
weeks, subject to the availability of all the necessary raw materials.

In case of waiting for the main materials, the terms of production of the
product are agreed with the manager individually.

How long does it take to order a dress?

The minimum time for ordering a dress is 3 months for a wedding dress and 2
months for an evening dress. We recommend make an order at least six months
before the celebration.

Do I have to pay customs duties in my country?

OKSANA MUKHA is not responsible for the payment of customs duties at the
destination. Please contact your local authorities for more information.

Do you manufacture dresses in China?

OKSANA MUKHA has no partnerships with factories located in China. All our
dresses are produced exclusively in Lviv, Ukraine.

What are the quality assurance?

The dress goes through many quality checks at every stage of production by
different specialists and tailors, guaranteeing the quality of the final
product. Firstly the dress is checked during the entire production process, then
after the dress is sewn and again after decoration. The dress is finally checked
by the quality review  department before we ship it to you. We use only the
highest quality materials, the best available on the market, and the workmanship
meets the strictest European standards.

My wedding is just a year from now, how can I be sure that the dress I like will
still be in stock?

Collections and dresses are frequently sold out and change regularly, and we
cannot guarantee the availability of any dress in the future. However, if there
is a particular dress that you would like to have a guarantee available, you can
simply book it on our website by making a prepayment. For more information
please contact us.

Are the dresses exactly the same as in the photographs, or are the photographs
taken from the Internet?

All the dresses that you see in the photos on our website are real dresses, made
exclusively for photo shoots. Our products are original designs created by a
team of experienced designers, technologists and tailors. Everything you see in
the photographs, from dresses to models and pretty places, is real. Locations
have been chosen to highlight the beauty of this collection and convey its mood.

Is the standard size embroidered faster than the custom size?

Yes, it is. A dress that will be tailored exactly to your measurements is made
for a month longer, since it requires the development of individual patterns and
additional sewing time.

Do you have real photos of your clients that I can view?

Yes, you can view photos of our lovely brides who have kindly shared their
photos in our dresses with us in the Real Bride section on our official website.

Can I send the dress back to get it fixed?

The OKSANA MUKHA company offers a unique opportunity to order a custom size
dress that will ideally suit you.

For some reason (incorrect measurements, you have lost weight or gained weight),
you want to change some details in your dress - contact your local tailor for
the best accuracy of all possible changes. After all, each female figure has its
own characteristics and it will be easier for the tailor on the spot to adjust
the dress according to your needs.

Do you have any discounts?

Some of our dresses can be purchased at a special price listed on the website.

How to order a wedding dress if I am planning to lose weight?

You can reserve the dress you want to wear to the wedding and when you are ready
to provide us with your final measurements, simply send them to your manager at
retail@oksana-mukha.com. Please note that all your measurements must be sent at
least 3 months before the wedding day so that your dress is ready in time for
your special day.

Are the standard sizes true or smaller / larger?

OKSANA MUKHA like every seller, has its own size chart. To be sure which size to
choose, compare your measurements with the measurements shown in our “Size
Chart” on each cm page of each dress.
