NIST ERRORS.COM

Welcome! We’re glad that you’ve chosen to visit NIST Errors.com

The purpose of this website is two-fold:

    1.  If you are seeking a place to expose NIST fraud, waste and abuse,
particularly in regards to NIST’s World Trade Center reports on Buildings 1, 2,
or 7, you’ve come to the right place.

    2.  If you are a NIST employee or member of the general public, this site
provides information
on the scientific errors that were made in NIST’s Final Report on the Collapse
of World Trade Center Building 7 released in November 2008.

INFORMATION ON WHISTLEBLOWING

On July 8, 2016, the U.S. Senate unanimously passed S.Res.522 designating July
30, 2016 as National Whistleblower Appreciation Day.

The resolution encourages all federal agencies to inform “employees, contractors
working on behalf of United States taxpayers, and members of the public about
the legal rights of citizens of the United States to ‘blow the whistle’ by
honest and good faith reporting of misconduct, fraud, misdemeanors, or other
crimes to the appropriate authorities.” The resolution also acknowledges the
contributions whistleblowers have made, at their own personal risk, “combating
waste, fraud, abuse.”

The designation of July 30th was to commemorate legislation passed by the
Continental Congress on that date in 1778, which stated that government
employees have a duty to report misconduct, fraud and other crimes in government
to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner.
