Participants review each step in the RCCA process, complete an interactive scenario demonstrating each step of the RCCA process, and discuss requirements for responding to a Nadcap nonconformance report (NCR). LEARNING OBJECTIVES By the end of this training, you will be able to: * Explain the purpose of Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA). * Demonstrate how to determine the root causes of an event. * Demonstrate how to determine, implement, and verify corrective actions. * Explain how to complete the RCCA process. * Describe how to appropriately respond to a Nadcap NCR.
