IS THERE A TIME CUT-OFF OR SAME-DAY DELIVERY?

Yes, there is. Orders/purchases must be made before 3 p.m. to qualify for
same-day delivery. Any orders placed after 3 p.m. will be delivered the
following day. Also, same-day service will be limited on provincial and national
holidays.


ARE ALL ITEMS AT GARAGE AVAILABLE FOR SAME-DAY DELIVERY?

Yes, you are limited to that nearby store's inventory! You may notice that only
select items are eligible to be shipped with this method, this is simply because
only items available at the originating shopping center will be eligible. If you
find yourself wanting something that isn't offered, you may order them
separately or opt for express shipping!


IS TRACKING THE SAME AS STANDARD SHIPPING?

It's actually even better. Once the order has shipped, a tracking link to the
Uber Express website will be sent via SMS to the mobile phone number provided at
checkout. You will also receive your order confirmation and shipping
confirmation emails as usual.


SAME-DAY PICK-UP IN-STORE


IS THERE A TIME CUT-OFF FOR SAME-DAY PICKUP IN-STORE?

Yes, there is. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be ready for pick-up the
following business day at the same store selected at checkout.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a "Ready for pick-up" email when it is time to come by the
store to get your package.


WHAT STORES WILL THIS SERVICE BE ELIGIBLE IN?

We currently offer same-day pick up in select stores across Canada. If your cart
is eligible for in-store pickup, you will be able to select the 'Pick-up in
store' option at checkout. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be ready for pick-up
the following business day at the same store selected at checkout. For more
details, please see our shipping policy.

pick up your order. You have 3 days to pick up your order from the moment you
receive your 'Ready for pick-up' email.


HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

You have 3 days to pick up your order from the moment you receive your "Ready
for pick-up" email. After this period, the items will be returned to our shelves
and no longer reserved for you.


WHERE DO I GO ONCE IT'S READY?

Stop by our store and head to the cash as usual with a valid photo ID and your
"Ready for pick-up" email available. Your pick-up location as well as the
store's phone number and opening hours will be indicated on your "Ready for
pick-up" email.


WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

You will need a valid photo ID and your "Ready for pick-up" email (physical copy
or shown on your mobile device).


WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

A temporary hold on your credit card will be placed, but you will only be
charged for items once you pick up your order. Additionally, you will only be
charged for the things you take. If when collecting in-store there are items you
no longer want to purchase, or for any reason you change your mind, you will not
be charged for those items.


WHAT HAPPENS IF THE STORE IS CLOSED DUE TO A HOLIDAY?

The order will be ready for the next opened business day.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS THAT WILL BE DUE WHEN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

There are no hidden fees. At checkout, you'll be provided an order total in your
preferred currency, which includes duties and taxes.


WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I'M MISSING AN ITEM LISTED ON MY PACKING SLIP?

Please verify your original order confirmation email for the pre-authorized
amount. We only charge you for the items sent so if you notice any discrepancies
once your package is mailed, do not hesitate to contact us by email by filling
out the form here.


WILL MY ORDERS BE FULFILLED IN ONE PACKAGE?

In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may be
fulfilled in more than one shipment. You will only receive the shipping
confirmation email when the last item has shipped. However, you can view the
tracking for each item on the Order tracking page.


ARE SHIPPING FEES REFUNDABLE?

All shipping costs are non-refundable.


TAXES AND DUTIES


ARE TAXES AND DUTIES INCLUDED IN MY ORDER TOTAL?

Duties, taxes and custom fees are treated differently depending on what country
you are shipping to. We currently offer to prepay these fees upfront, you will
not have to pay for these fees seperately when your order arrives because they
are included in your order total.

ARE DUTIES AND TAXES REFUNDABLE ON RETURN ORDERS?

Pre-paid duties will not be subjected for a refund, however in the case where we
cannot fufill item(s) in your order for any reason, you will be refunded for
duties on those items.


HOW ARE DUTIES AND TAXES CALCULATED?

Duties and taxes are calculated based on where they are made, on the specific
items ordered, the value of your purchase and the destination of your order.
These additional fees are added to your order total in your shipping cart at
checkout so you will not have to worry about being charged extra fees when your
order is delivered.


ORDER TRACKING


CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, of course! To track you order, click the 'Order Tracking' link at the
bottom footer of the website (if you on mobile, it can be found under the
'Orders' dropdown) and enter your order number, order email and billing postal
code. It's that easy.

We will also be sending you a 'Shipping Confirmation' email with all your
tracking numbers once your order has left our Distribution Center.


MY TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow up to 3 business days from your order's delivery date before
contacting us for an investigation. You may also contact the carrier to
investigate further.


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS


CAN YOU SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

No, you may only ship to one address per order.

If you desire to ship items to multiple locations, you will need to place
separate orders for each address.


ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES


EXPRESS SHIPPING

Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 2pm EST will be shipped on the
same day Monday to Friday. All orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday
will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will
be processed the next business day.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale
and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.


IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

 * You will not be charged for items purchased with a gift card, e-gift card
   and/or credit card until the items have been shipped. You will be charged for
   items purchased with PayPal or Virtual Debit Card immediately upon order
   confirmation.
