What are the ongoing costs for alternative healthcare services at Alternaleaf?

Unfortunately, ongoing healthcare costs cannot be disclosed upfront as they vary
depending on your doctor's recommendations and individual needs. Follow-up
consultations with Alternaleaf cost $59, which is the same as your initial
consult. These online appointments allow you to ask questions and adjust your
personalised care journey with your doctor. We recommend scheduling follow-up
consultations every six months to review your care.

All patients receive complimentary access to our Patient Care Team via phone and
email for clinic support.

What happens during an Alternaleaf consultation?

After completing the pre-screening form, you’ll book your initial 20-minute
nurse consultation. The nurse will listen to your concerns, review your medical
history, assess your current symptoms, and discuss your experience with
alternative healthcare. You can ask any questions you have during the
consultation, ensuring your circumstances are fully understood. Afterwards,
you’ll meet with a doctor to discuss your personalised care journey and explore
potential treatment options that suit your needs.

Can I reschedule my Alternaleaf appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before
your scheduled time. If it’s less than 24 hours before your appointment, you’ll
need to cancel and book a new one. To reschedule or cancel your booking, please
use the link provided in your consultation email.

Follow-up appointments can be managed through the Alternaleaf Patient Portal. If
you require further assistance, please reach out to our Patient Care Team at
