APARTMENT "IRENE"



Apartment Irene is a 80 square meters semi basement. It includes one bedroom
with a double bed, one bedroom with one single bed and a sofa bed which encludes
one more bed, a private bathroom, a living room with two sofas, dining table for
8 people and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has air-condition service in the
two bedrooms. Apart from those, the apartment requires a private 15 square
meters balcony with outdoor dining table for 5 people. Our guests can easily use
the common 60 square meters pool which is fully equipped with deckchairs and
they also have access to the bbq equipment. It is worth to mention that in 250m
away from Apartment Irene., there is the famous so called ‘’Davis beach’’.

STUDIO "GEORGE"

 

Studio George is a 40 square meters semi basement which includes a common space
with a double bed and a sofa bed, a dining table for 4 people, a sofa and
kitchen equipment with a sink, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a small
fridge, a sandwich maker and a boiler. Additionally, it has a bathroom and an
air-condition. Our guests can relax in the 15 square meters private terras with
outdoor dining table for 4 people. Our guests can easily use the common 60
square meters pool which is fully equipped with deckchairs and they also have
access to the bbq equipment. It is worth to mention that in 250m away from
Apartment Irene., there is the famous so called ‘’Davis beach’’.

STUDIO "GIOTA"

 

Studio Giota is a 60 square meters apartment in the first floor of Villa
d'Irene. It is consisted of a common space with a double and a sofa bed, a
dining table for 8 people, luxury furniture, mini kitchen facilities with a
sink, a boiler and a small fridge. Apart from that, the studio requires a shower
and an aircondition. It has a private balcony with outdoor dining table for 6
people. The guests could use the shared 60 square meters swimming pool which has
beach chairs and BBQ facility or swim in the so called beach 'Davis', which is
250m away from the residence.
