ONSITE & VIRTUAL VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES AT WE22 IN HOUSTON, TX!

Experience SWE teamwork in action and help drive the success of the WE22
conference.




Fulfilling a volunteer role at WE22 is easy and fun and makes you eligible to
earn a registration refund post-event. To be eligible to receive the post-event
refund, onsite volunteers must check in at the volunteer room (382A) prior to
the start of their shift in order to receive credit. Virtual volunteers will be
required to complete a survey post-event to verify participation.




Registration Discount Policy:




In order to be eligible for a refund, please read the registration discount and
eligibility policies below. Volunteers for WE22 are eligible for the following
refund rates:

 * A 25% post-conference refund for volunteers with a single shift of 3 hours of
   work or less
 * A 50% post-conference refund for volunteers with a shift(s) between 3-6 hours
   of work
 * A 75% post-conference refund for lead volunteer positions or a general
   volunteer shift(s) over 6 hours
 * All volunteers must ensure they check-in prior to starting their volunteer
   shift
 * Only one volunteer refund or promo code is allowed per attendee. Refunds
   cannot be combined with a registration promo code. Volunteers cannot combine
   multiple IIBI or WE22 shifts to receive multiple refunds.
