扭蛋遊戲條款及細則

     Shiseido 集團 X SOGO「Beauty
     Delights」活動（「本活動」）推廣期為2024年6月12日至2024年7月2日（包括首尾兩天）。
 1.  參與品牌（「品牌」）：Clé de Peau Beauté、IPSA、NARS、SHISEIDO、Issey
     MiyakeParfums、Narciso Rodriguez Parfums以及Tory Burch
 2.  參加本活動代表SOGO會員/電話號碼（「參加者」）被視為接受本條款及細則。
 3.  參加者於崇光百貨銅鑼灣店（「崇光百貨」）內，任何店鋪消費滿HK$1000或以上，親臨崇光百貨G/F活動攤位，出示當日印有SOGO
     Rewards會員號碼的單一購物收據，並填寫表格，即可參與扭蛋抽獎（「抽獎」）。
 4.  每SOGO會員/電話號碼每天僅可參與一次抽獎。是次活動每日禮品獎池相同並隨機發放。
 5.  扭蛋內含抽獎禮品換領券（「換領券」），參加者可到指定品牌於崇光百貨之櫃位兌換隨機禮品/禮券一份，禮品受相關品牌的條款及細則約束。
 6.  換領券僅可在推廣期結束後1日（即2024年7月3日）內向指定品牌兌換。遺失換領券將不予補發，參加者也不會獲得任何補償。
 7.  換領券不設退換及轉讓，亦不可兌換現金或其他獎品，並須按各品牌指定的條款及細則使用。
 8.  每個扭蛋及換領券只可以用作換領禮品一次，並於換領禮品後被我們的員工收回。
 9.  參加者有機會贏得換領券，可隨機兌換以下獎品（「獎品」）：

     他們安排的媒體可以在活動期間拍照、進行視頻拍攝和錄音，和/或採訪任何參加者，所製作的所有照片、影片、音訊和相關資料（或其中的任何部分）（無論格式如何，無論是否經
     過編輯）均可用於其內部或業務目的，在任何新聞/媒體上傳播和/或在任何平台上發布及使用，而無需向任何參加者支付任何補償或許可費用。
 12. 所有與此活動有關之爭議須直接向
     SHK提出。如參加者對此活動推廣材料或本條款及細則有任何歧義、疑問或爭議，SHK的決定是最終的、具有約束力的和在所有情況下對參加者具有決定性的決定，無需指定任何理由，並且不會有任何通信。
 13. 每位參加者均需同意SHK

Shiseido Parlour朱古力禮盒換領條款及細則

 1.  Shiseido集團 X SOGO: 「Beauty

Shiseido Hong Kong X SOGO: Beauty Delights Event Terms and conditions
Gashapon Game Terms and conditions

 1.  The promotion period of this “Shiseido Hong Kong X SOGO: Beauty Delights”
     (“this Event”) is from 12-June 2024 to 2-July 2024 (both days inclusive).
 2.  Participating brands (“Brands”) : Clé de Peau Beauté, IPSA, NARS, SHISEIDO,
     Issey Miyake Parfums, Narciso Rodriguez Parfums and Tory Burch
 3.  By participating in the Event, SOGO member/phone numbers (“Participants”)
     are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
 4.  Participants will be entitled to participate at the Gashapon Lucky Draw
     (“Lucky Draw”) at Causeway Bay SOGO (“SOGO”) G/F and win a prize of the
     Event when they make a purchase of HK$1000 or more at ANY stores in SOGO
     and present the same date validated single receipt with SOGO Rewards
     membership number and the completed online form.
 5.  Each SOGO member/phone number is only entitled to redeem 1 Gashapon Token
     each day. The daily prize pool is the same throughout the Event and the
     prize are distributed randomly.
 6.  Gashapon capsules will contain a slip of paper with the description of the
     prize redemption ticket (“Ticket”) , Participants must collect the prizes
     at relevant Brandcounter at SOGO, subject to relative terms and conditions
     for the prizes as determined by the relevant Brand.
 7.  Tickets can only be redeemed at the designated Brand counters 1 day after
     the end of the Event (i.e. 3-July 2024). Lost Tickets will not be reissued
     and Participantswill not be compensated in any way.
 8.  Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash
     or other prizes, and must be used in accordance with the terms and
     conditions of the relevant Brand.
 9.  Each Gashapon capsule and the corresponding Ticket can only be redeemed
     once and will be collected by our staff upon redemption of the Prize(s).
 10. Participants have the chance to win Tickets that can be redeemed for the

 11. All prizes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
 12. Upon joining the Event, Participants understand and agree that members of
     the Shiseido Hong Kong Limited (“SHK”), any contractors, press and/or media
     arranged by any of them can take photos, proceed with video shooting and
     audio recording, and/or interview any Participants during the Event, that
     all the photos, video, audio and related materials (or any parts thereof)
     produced (in any format and with or without any editing) may be used for
     its internal or business purpose, be disseminated in any press / media
     and/or published or used on any platform, without compensation and/or
     license fees to Participants.
 13. All disputes in relation to this Event should be addressed to SHK directly.
     Incase of any ambiguity, doubts or disputes arising out of or under any of
     these Terms and Conditions or any communications, the decision of SHK shall
     be final, binding and conclusive on Participants in all circumstances
     without assigning any reasons whatsoever and no correspondence will be
     entered into.
 14. Each participant agrees that SHK may collect, process and use said
     participant's personal information for the purposes of participating in
     this Event. If any collected personal information is used for other
     promotional purposes, said participant will be notified in advance for
     obtaining consent. In addition, SHK will only use the personal information
     for marketing or direct marketing purposes after obtaining the

 15. Competition conclusion statement will be published at The Standard and Sing
     Tao Daily respectively on 20-June, 27-June and 5-July 2024.

 17. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and
     Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall
     prevail.

Shiseido Parlour La Ganache Redemption Terms and conditions

 1.  The promotion period of this Shiseido Hong Kong X SOGO: “Beauty Delights”
     (“this Event”) is from 12-June 2024 to 2-July 2024 (both days inclusive).
 2.  Participating brands (“Brands”) : Clé de Peau Beauté, IPSA, NARS, SHISEIDO,
     Issey Miyake Parfums, Narciso Rodriguez Parfums and Tory Burch
 3.  By participating in the Event, participants (“Participants”) are deemed to
     accept these Terms and Conditions.
 4.  Upon any same date purchase accumulated totalling HK$3000 at TWO Shiseido
     Hong Kong Limited (“SHK”) brands counter on SOGO Causeway Bay, excluding
     brushes and cotton, can redeem a box of Shiseido Parlour La Ganache Special
     Japanese chocolate (“Parlour”). A same-day receipts and a completed online
     form are required for the gift redemption.
 5.  All gifts are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Redemption rules and
     gifts maychange from time to time. Please check the latest version of such
     rules at the Event venue or webpage.
 6.  Gifts are limited and are available on a first-come-first-served basis
     while stocks last. Each consumer/mobile number is only entitled to redeem
     1Parlour each day.
