*** FLIGHT BOOKING ***
Conveniently book Lufthansa flights to destinations worldwide using your
iPhone/iPad.

*** CHECK-IN ***
Check in quickly and simply and save your boarding pass in the app to use it
offline. If you use an iPhone, you can also save your boarding pass in the Apple
Wallet app.

*** TRAVEL ASSISTANT ***
As the ideal travelling companion, the personal Travel Assistant shows you all
the important information about your flight in compact form on one page. You
will also receive direct notification of any information updates, such as
boarding gate changes, via push message.

*** SIRI SHORTCUT ***
The Lufthansa app now also makes all the information relevant to your flight
available as a Siri shortcut, for example your flight status, the time remaining
until boarding and your boarding pass.

*** FLIGHT STATUS and PUSH MESSAGES ***
You can request arrival and departure information on all direct Lufthansa
flights and have updated information on the status of your flight sent directly
to your smartphone via a push message – simply activate “Local information” in
your message settings.

*** MILES & MORE ***
Log into the app and you always have your account balance available, as well as
the benefits of the app’s customised functions. You can directly access your
service card and use it for check-in and access to the lounges at the airport.

*** SAVE YOUR DETAILS ***
Make the app your own: store your data in order to make using Lufthansa’s mobile
services even faster. Passport and visa details can be quickly scanned using
your camera or simply typed in. Your details will then be pre-filled for you in
all the right places, for example during mobile check-in for flights to the USA
or when booking a flight.

PROS AND CONS OF LUFTHANSA APP FOR IPHONE AND IPAD

LUFTHANSA APP GOOD FOR

Lufthansa is one of my favorite airlines, they execute quality on board as well
as on this application.
I wish all travel apps would work that well! Easy to book flights and to check
in.
excellent application, very practical to book and manage my flights
The all works very well. It contains all ne essary tabs and help one may need ;)
An excellent complement to the WP8 app, you can manage the checking process in a
lean way. I r commend
Congratulations for this efficient and user-friendly app! Much convenient.

SOME BAD MOMENTS

-Forgets that you already logged in when you restart the app a few days later
-When arriving to the payment, message saying it is not possible to continue the
process -Calendar not fully displaying
Looks very nice, but never managed to get checked-in via this app. In the bin
now.
There was 3 days I instaled the last version, but I cant do my register.
Everytime shows try again...
This app causes extrem frustration because of constant errors which make you
repeat, repeat, repeat until maybe but just maybe ... a process can be
completed. It has improved in functionality over the years but unfortunately not
in reliability. I wished every crash or error would be rewarded with miles.
The Lufthansa app is useless. I have a booking at was used months ago that
remains on the iPhone. I am trying to load a new flight and it wont accept it. I
am in the Lufthansa Lounge in Munich Airport and their answer to the issue is to
print a paper boarding pass. This app is useless and there is no obvious way to
contact anyone to fix a problem when it occurs.
This app used to work but after update noticed that on day of flight no flight
info available only future flights but not including current travel day making
it useless. No notices on gate changes either which used to provide notice.
Might have to delete and download again.
