Web3 Festival是由萬向區塊鏈實驗室、HashKey
Group聯合推出的Web3活動品牌，由W3ME承辦。首屆嘉年華將於4月12日-15日，與香港貿發局主辦的其他科技相關活動同期在香港會議展覽中心舉辦。本次活動持續四天，包括5個會場，場地面積近9,000平方米，預計將吸引超過10,000現場觀眾，超過300位極具全球影響力的演講嘉賓，以及超過百家熱門Web3項目、社區及媒體現場參展。

Hong Kong Web3 Festival co-hosted by Wanxiang Blockchain Labs and HashKey Group
and organized by W3ME will take place on April 12-15 at 5/F, Hong Kong
Convention and Exhibition Center (HKCEC). This four-day event, hosted in an area
of about 9,000㎡, will see over 10,000 attendees, 300 distinguished industry
speakers, about 100 Web3 projects, community partners and media partners around
the world to network, share, and learn through high-level content and panel
discussions. Other technology-related activities organized by Hong Kong Trade
and Development Council will be held at the same place during the same period.

Festival將圍繞Web3各個賽道的核心議題，邀請全球最聰明的大腦、最熱門和最具潛力的專案分享Web3技術方案；也將邀請知名投資機構參與其中，更有監管機構代表深度解析監管政策，明晰發展邊界。同時，秉承Web3開放合作精神，主辦方還將招募合作夥伴，共建活動內容，共謀發展。

Web3 Festival will bring together the world’s brightest minds, top Web3 projects
and leading venture capitals presenting content-rich discussions and topics
about Web3. Hong Kong regulatory representatives will also interpret the latest
digital asset regulation policies. Adhering to the Web3 spirits of openness and
cooperation, we will invite partners to plan and organize part of the activities
together for mutual development.

Hong Kong Web3 Festival 2023 will offer all attendees an opportunity to learn
the cutting-edge technology, inspiring opinions and trending topics of Web3.

From Apr.14 to Apr.15, the hosts will invite Web3 projects to join the event as
partners. All Web3 projects will be eligible to apply for this partnership. For
Web3 projects on the rise, Hong Kong Web3 Festival 2023 will definitely be a
world-class stage to showcase yourselves and attract global attention.

本次活動專門設置了香港專題，邀請監管機構代表深度解析香港政府對Web3和虛擬資產行業最新的監管政策、監管標準和前行道路，幫助考慮落戶香港的專案明晰其中的機遇和風險，以及香港對Web3人才的培養、對Web3企業的扶持政策等。

Hong Kong Web3 Festival 2023 will invite regulatory representatives to introduce
Hong Kong Government’s latest regulatory policies and way forward for the Web3
and virtual asset industry. This will hopefully help Web3 projects ponder a move
to Hong Kong to have a better understanding of the opportunities, challenges,
talent pool, resources and favorable polices.

About Tickets:

1、購票請點擊右上方“Get tickets”按鈕，如需團體票（10張及以上），請郵件聯繫w3@blockchainlabs.org。

Click “Get tickets”button at the upper right corner. If you wish to buy group
tickets (10 tickets and more), please send us an email at w3@blockchainlabs.org.

2、門票不包含餐飲，香港會展中心場地內有專門區域提供餐飲服務。您可以自行做好安排。

The tickets do not include any meals or drinks. If you wish to buy meals and
drinks, please go to the designated catering area at HKCEC.

3、本活動提供兩種付款方式：

a. Visa、Mastercard、American Express信用卡付款，請點擊右上角“Get Tickets”按鈕

b. USDT、USDC付款，請發送購票郵件至w3@blockchainlabs.org

This event accepts two payment methods:

a. If you wish to pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express, click “Get

4、退票政策

a. 您支付的費用包括兩部分：主辦方設定的票價+5.99% Eventbrite的服務費（該費用為平設定和收取，非活動主辦方收取）

b. 若主辦方取消活動，主辦方設定的票價和Eventbrite的服務費可全額退還

c. 若購票後7天內（含第7天）申請退票，主辦方設定的票價和Eventbrite的服務費可全額退還

d. 若購票7天後申請退票，主辦方設定的票價將全額退還，按照Eventbrite平台政策，其服務費將無法退還，請注意此項費用非主辦方收取。

e. 4月12日00:00 (UTC+8) 後（活動開始當日起）將停止受理退票申請。如需退票，請您提前安排好時間，並管理好您的票務資訊，感謝您的配合。

Refund Policy:

a. The fee you pay consists of the ticket price of the event and the 5.99%
service fee charged by Eventbrite. (The service fee is set by and will be paid
to Eventbrite. The event organiser charges no service fee.)

b. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, you will get a full refund of
both the ticket price and the Eventbrite service fee.

c. If you request for a refund within 7 days (inclusive) of your purchase, you
will get a full refund of both the ticket price and the Eventbrite service fee.

d. If you request for a refund 7 days after you make your purchase, you will get
a full refund of the ticket price. The Eventbrite service fee is, however,
non-refundable, as per Eventbrite’s Terms of Service

e. We are unable to process and accept refunds after 0:00 UTC+8, 12 April (i.e.
Day 1 of the Event). If you need to request for a refund, please arrange them in
advance.
