Do I need to download and install an application?
You can install the application on dekstop, as well as use a web application
that works through any browser.
It's free?
You can use the messenger for free and we give 5 free minutes a month to hold
online meetings with a built-in translator based on AI. If you need more minutes
and want to make phone calls with an AI-based translator, then activate the paid
Plus plan for $14.99 per month.
Is it safe to use GOHEARD?
All messages in chats are encrypted, we do not save the information of your
conversations during online meetings and calls, the data is used only during the
conversation. See the Privacy page for more information.
Are there any guidelines for online meetings and phone calls?
We recommend holding online meetings and phone calls in quiet locations with a
good Internet connection and no unwanted voices or noises. This will improve the
quality of the translation of the conversation.
Is there group online meetings?
At the moment, only 1 to 1 online meeting is available. In future versions, we
plan to implement this feature.
What does the referral program give?
