NEWTON ATHLETIC PARK - SURREY



LEAGUE INFORMATION



Join Surrey Sports League Outdoor Soccer for an exciting and social coed
experience focused on fun and activity! Our league is designed for recreational
play, prioritizing the enjoyment and social aspects of soccer for adults (19+).
It's a coed 7-on-7 format, with a goalkeeper and an additional 6 players on the
field, including at least 2 women and 1 man (excluding goalkeepers). Games are
split into two 25-minute halves.



 


TEAM REGISTRATION



Have a team ready to go? Register below to secure your spot and we'll reach out
to you.

Newton Athletic Park

Date:

Sundays

June 23, 2024 - September 15, 2024

(No games on long weekends)

10 games

Time:

6:00pm - 9:00pm

Team Registration Fee:

$650 CAD





After registering we will reach out to you to confirm registration. Upon
confirmation teams must pay by e-transfer to info@surreysportsleague.com or
credit card in order complete registration.




 


INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION



Looking for a team? We provide individual sign-ups, allowing people to join a
group of like-minded individuals! Simply register below, and we'll reach out to
you. It's a fantastic opportunity to connect, have fun, and stay active!

Time:

6:00pm - 9:00pm

Individual Registration Fee:

$70 CAD

credit card in order complete registration.




 


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION



No games will be scheduled on June 30, August 4, or September 1.

Games will be scheduled at Newton Athletic Park during the season. If necessary,
other parks may be used.

The offside rule will not be applied during games. However, we urge teams to
uphold principles of fair play and sportsmanship throughout competitions as
cherry picking is not allowed. 

Slide tackling is not permitted.

Games are self officiated, however coordinators will be on site and make calls
if deemed necessary.

Please be aware that in the event of game cancellations due to unforeseen
circumstances, doubleheaders may be arranged or the league end date may be
extended to compensate for any missed games.
