When we called with an urgent situation, we spoke to Bruce on the phone. He was
so helpful and apathetic to our situation. They didn’t have any technicians
available since we called later in the evening, but they made time for us first
thing in the morning, which I felt was a very timely response. Rob arrived,
repaired our toilet that day and helped with financing the larger part of the
work. Now we have heat and a new water heater. All the team members display

Good Tidings gave us several estimates to repair or replace the boiler. Other
company’s came in almost exclusively to replace and didn’t leave us with
