It all started as a personal journey to get myself out of an unhealthy
relationship with food and my body – I dreamed of a life without guilt,
emotional eating or bingeing. I wanted to look in the mirror and be grateful and
confident in my body. I hoped for more energy, better sleep, better mood and no
more digestive issues. 

When this dream life became a reality – I couldn’t stop thinking of all the
things I would have missed out on in life if I hadn’t stayed accountable to that
vision.

I’m on a mission to help you ditch the guilt around food and feel confident AF
in your body.
