ALLIANZ INCREASED FINANCIAL GROWTH BY 21%

Allianz ran a Credibility Quest to enhance the communication skills of
leadership and client-facing team members, and improve financial performance.
The digital behavior change program saw 100% of the team engaged with 94.75%
saying they enjoyed the program and 94.75% saying they learned something that
would be helpful in everyday interactions. On top of that, there was a 21.2%
increase in financial growth for the cohort over a year.
