WHAT IS AMAZON SIDEWALK?

Amazon Sidewalk, a secure, free-to-connect, long-range and low-power shared
community network designed to provide connectivity for billions of devices, is
now open to developers. Using new tools and technology from Amazon Sidewalk,
AWS, and partner silicon companies, we provide developers and device makers the
ability to independently create and rapidly onboard new Amazon Sidewalk-enabled
devices and applications on to the shared network.


EXPERIENCE AMAZON SIDEWALK

Anyone can check Amazon Sidewalk coverage anywhere in the US through our public
website https://coverage.sidewalk.amazon. Amazon Sidewalk coverage maps help
developers understand current coverage before starting new Amazon Sidewalk
projects. Customers can also access these maps to understand coverage in their
area prior to purchasing a Amazon Sidewalk-enabled device.

In addition, Amazon Sidewalk is offering complimentary coverage test kits while
supplies last to developers so they can experience Amazon Sidewalk's performance
firsthand. Developers can request the Amazon Sidewalk Test Kit to validate
estimated coverage at their location, as well as test out the breadth of the
network in different everyday scenarios. The Test Kit regularly pings its
location over Amazon Sidewalk, providing signal strength readings for its
location viewable against our coverage map on a private web site.

With Amazon Sidewalk now offering coverage to more than 90% of the U.S.
population, we're excited for you to see and experience Amazon Sidewalk

Is there any cost towards getting one of these devices?
There is no cost associated with getting a test kit.

Who is eligible to get an Amazon Sidewalk Test Kit?
Amazon Sidewalk Test Kits are available for developers to validate the breadth
of Amazon Sidewalk coverage as they build Amazon Sidewalk-enabled devices.
Unfortunately, Test Kits are not available to the general public.

What should I expect after filling out the form?
You should receive an email from no-reply@360.sidewalk.amazon with further
instructions. If you do not see an email after two business days, please check
your “junk mail” folder or “spam” folder. If approved, you will also receive
your test kit package within two weeks.

I filled out a request form. When will I get a Test Kit?
A response will be sent via email within two business days, and devices should
be shipped within two business days after approval. Allow two weeks for the
package to arrive.

What if I make a mistake when filling out the form?
If you have made a mistake, please email sidewalk360-support@amazon.com with
details, and we will work with you to fix the incorrect information. Please do
not fill out the form again.
