In this case, your deposit will be fully refunded, no questions asked. Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of the Service Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable. This is because I may not have enough time to rebook the slot. Exceptional Circumstances If you have an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please let me know. I will review such cases individually to find the best solution possible. No-Shows If you fail to show up for the booking without prior cancellation, the deposit will also be non-refundable.
