You certainly can check out your local retailers for the latest movie poster,
art poster or favorite music band but you will rarely get a deal like the one
you can get on Ebay. If you search carefully enough you will find great sellers
with fantastic deals including shipping, if not free shipping at the popular
auction site. All you need to do is search for your chosen film or star and find
a seller with great feedback, good shipping prices and the condition you are
looking for in the print.




PURCHASE FROM THE MOVIE THEATER


Most people don't think to ask to purchase posters from their local movie
theater directly but it is possible to do so. If you are willing to wait until
after the movie opening and perhaps a couple of weeks after that, many theaters
will sell or give away their posters to lucky customers who ask for them. It is
more possible in an independently owned theater or those that do not have to
return promotional material to the studios.




FIND MUSIC POSTERS AT A MUSIC STORE


If you are lucky enough to live close to a music store, you just might be able
to purchase posters for your favorite artists from here. Most music stores do
offer posters of bands for sale to the general public anyway and sometimes when
they are clearing out stock, they discount their older material to sell off

BUY POSTERS AT WAL-MART OR TARGET


This suggestion might seem obvious but many people don't realize that Wal-Mart
and Target do carry posters for movies, music, and other pieces arranged around
their store in the different departments. It is very possible to buy posters
here at great prices without the need for waiting for the mail to come.




GARAGE SALES AND SECOND-HAND STORES


This one might be a bit harder, but some second-hand stores do carry donated
posters for any number of things within their store. You are sure to get a good
deal here, plus in some cases you may be helping out a local charity too. You
also may find posters at yard sales and garage sales around your neighborhood at
good prices.
