Q: How can I participate in a webinar? 
This live seminar can be taken in several formats: 
 * (a) A live seminar (time, date, and location are provided).
 * (b) A live (Web) broadcast (Webcast or Webinar).
 * (c) An Audio-visual DVD for home-study credit may be available (For nursing,
   dental, pharmacy, occupational therapists, dietetic, social work, and
   possibly other professions).  Please contact INR for more information.


Q: How will I receive credit? 

To obtain the contact hours associated with this course, the health care
professional will need to log in, attend the course, and complete the
program Evaluation Form. The health care professional successfully
completing the course will receive a Seminar Completion Certificate. The
Certificate will be sent by e-mail or regular mail. This is an
intermediate-level course. 

Q: How long does it take to receive a live Seminar Completion Certificate? 

At a live seminar, certificates are given out at the end of the seminar. With
all other presentations (e.g., electronic), receipt of the certificate typically
takes 3 to 5 days after all materials (test and evaluation) are submitted. 

Q: What do I have to do to complete the live seminar successfully? 

You need to complete an Evaluation Form. 

Q: How will I know that my profession qualifies for continuing education 
credit? 

Please see the section marked Accreditation. All professions for which INR
(Institute for Natural Resources) has approval are listed in the Accreditation
section. 

Q: I want to use a mobile device or tablet. How do I watch the webinar?

The app for your device can be downloaded from the Apple Store (iOS) or from the
Google Play Store. Please search for "Zoom" to find the application for web
meetings.


Q: What happens if I have technical difficulties watching or hearing a Webinar 
(in effect a live broadcast of a seminar)? 

You will receive a free pass (voucher) good for the same or a different
live seminar or for the same or a different Webinar. 

Q: My profession is not listed on the brochure. Is it possible to obtain 
continuing-education credit? 

Possibly. Please contact INR's customer-service office at  or at 1-877 246-6336.
The customer-service office can tell you if INR has approval for your
profession.
