How to cancel your Lusha subscription


HOW TO CANCEL YOUR LUSHA SUBSCRIPTION

You can cancel your plan's renewal at any time and for any reason.

Learn about how to cancel any Lusha plan you’re subscribed to.

You can cancel anytime by submitting a cancellation form.

Please note: only the account admin can unsubscribe from Lusha.



To instantly close your Starter (free) subscription, please contact support.



How to cancel a paid subscription

 1. Log in to your Lusha dashboard.

 2. Go to the profile tab and select Account.
    
    
    
    
    
    

 3. Click the Subscription tab and “Cancel Plan”.
    
    
    
    
    
    

 4. Select “Next”.
    
    
    
    
    
    

 5. Please select your reason for canceling and click “Submit”.
    
    
    
    



About canceling your subscription:

 * If your plan was purchased via our sales team the changes requested will be
   applied at the end of your subscription term, as indicated in the original
   quote. You’ll still have access to the remaining credits till the end of the
   credit cycle.
