Life can be overwhelming and it can be difficult to navigate the various challenges that may arise. Much like a rose that has the potential to grow in the midst of adverse environments, like concrete; we too, can grow through the hardships of life. Sometimes we just need a little bit of support along the way. I am excited about walking with you as you take command of your journey. I commend you for having the courage to take the first step and reaching out! SERVICES New Clients Existing Clients FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS HOW ARE SESSIONS CONDUCTED ? All therapy sessions are available virtually. In-person sessions may be available for individual sessions only, space is limited. Please indicate your preference when you schedule your new client phone consultation. TIME COMMITMENT Read more The number of therapy sessions needed is dependent on each individual’s needs and goals. For some, therapy may be a short-term process (6-8 sessions); whereas for others, long-term and/or ongoing therapy may be required. During our initial sessions, we will collaboratively establish some goals that will provide a framework for the work we will do together. We will also discuss the number of sessions that may be needed. We can always shorten the number of sessions if your initial goals and therapeutic needs are met or we can lengthen the number of sessions, if needed. We generally start off working together either on a weekly or biweekly basis. In times of crisis, clients may request to meet twice weekly for therapeutic support. PRICING Read more Therapy can be expensive for some. I encourage you to check with your individual insurance plans to see if Psychotherapy is covered and the annual amount allowed.
