By all means, meet Prysm, a new club in the old Crobar space offering your
standard debauched-night-in-Vegas vibe.

Lots of angular mirrors in here. And shiny things. And champagne buckets. And
colored lights. And a 5am closing time on Saturday night. And, yep, that all
sounds about right for a place called Prysm.

When you enter, you’ll confront a giant stage where some big-name DJ will be
doing what big-name DJs do. The best thing to do is reserve a table across from
that stage. Safely ensconced, order a Nebuchadnezzar or a Balthazar or something
bubbly and just relax. Enjoy.

Make your way upstairs, where you’ll be rewarded with a perch to look down on
the crowd below.

Slip into the Den, the private lounge hidden behind dark paneling and a
ridiculous amount of doorknockers.

Prysm is located at 1543 N Kingsbury St near North Side.


HOW MUCH IS COVER CHARGE AT PRYSM?

The cover charge at Prysm is generally $20-$30. If you plan on going, we
recommend getting tickets to Prysm because they are typically $5-$15 cheaper.


HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT AT PRYSM?

Expect to wait anywhere from 20-40 min depending on when you arrive.


WHEN IS PRYSM OPEN?

Prysm is open from 10:00 PM – 4:00 AM on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday;
10:00 PM – 5:00 AM Saturday Events. Events are not hosted on all days, so be
sure to check the Prysm event calendar.


WHAT ARE THE BEST NIGHTS TO GO TO PRYSM?

Both Fridays and Saturdays are good. It just depends which DJs you prefer.


WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE AT PRYSM?

Smart Upscale Attire: No hats, no shorts, no chains, no baggy clothes, no gym
shoes, no graphic tees, no joggers, no athletic wear. Collared shirts and
fashionable clothing is recommended and at the discretion of the door. Any
exercise of discretion under this dress code shall be applied in a
gender-neutral, non discriminatory manner, in accordance with all applicable
law.


HOW MUCH DO DRINKS COST AT PRYSM?

Beers are in the $8 range, shots in the $10 range, and drinks are upwards of
$15. Bottles start at $300.


WHAT PARKING IS AVAILABLE NEAR PRYSM?

Arrive early because limited street parking options are available. If there is
no free parking left, there is a $20 valet option.


DOES PRYSM PRE-SALE TICKETS?

Yes! Like most clubs in Chicago, Prysm offers tickets to all of their events.
Tickets are typically cheaper than general admission, so they are going to be
the most cost effective way to get into the nightclub. You can purchase tickets
to Prysm here.

Prysm features primarily EDM DJs.
