MARYAM ABACHA AMERICAN UNIVERSITY OF NIGER

Established in Maradi in 2013, Maryam Abacha American University of Niger is the
first English-speaking university in the Republic of Niger, and the first
bilingual university in Sub-Saharan Africa. 

Additionally, the founder established a second campus in Kano, Nigeria in 2022,
which has commenced academic activities.
