OUR STORY OUR STORY The Family Support Network for Employment (FSNE) is a
family-led coalition that seeks to engage individuals with intellectual
disabilities and their family members in supportive networks around employment,
social infrastructure, and resources. We believe employment is a means of

A “consultative selling” model allows agencies to curate a large pool of diverse
employers whose needs are well understood, allowing agencies to match employment
opportunities with identified strengths and interests of individuals.
