To find the right length for undermount slides, on the other hand, just measure
the length of the drawer. The slide length simply has to match the drawer
length. That will give you the maximum depth for the slide. However, it’s not a
bad idea to also measure from the front edge of the cabinet to the inside face
of the back. If you’re replacing a side-mount with a new side-mount slide, the
easiest thing to do is just measure your existing slide and replace it with a
new one of the same length. The next step after choosing your slide type is
figuring out the length you need. The other option is soft closing slides, which
have a dampener that softly returns the drawer when you push it closed (any soft
close slide is also self-closing). Self close slides will fully close the drawer
if you just give it a push in that direction. The two main motion features to
look for are self close slides and soft close slides. This allows full access to
the drawer even underneath a countertop. If you want even more extension, you
can even go with an over travel slide, which takes this one step further and
actually allows the drawer to come completely out of the cabinet when completely
extended. If you go with full extension slides instead, it will allow the drawer
to pull out completely and will provide much easier access to the back of the
drawer. How much extension do you want from your slides? 3/4 extension slides
might be a bit cheaper, but they’re not the most convenient to use and probably
won’t feel like much of an upgrade from your old ones. Here are some things to
consider: Extension Upgrading your kitchen cabinets with extension or motion
features makes reaching or finding all your cooking utensils much more
convenient. Unless you’re just replacing a broken slide, the main reason you’re
replacing your slides is probably to upgrade to some of those nice extension or
motion features your current slides don’t have. This may not be the easiest
upgrade for you to do yourself. One thing to keep in mind, however, is that in
order to replace side-mount slides with undermount slides, you’d have to rebuild
your whole drawer box. Also note that the space from the underside of the drawer
to the bottom of the drawer sides must be 1/2″ (the slides themselves are
usually 5/8″ thick or less). This type of slide requires less clearance between
the sides of the drawer and the cabinet opening (about 3/16″ to 14″ per side),
and has very specific requirements for the top and bottom clearance as well.
Undermount slides are also sold in pairs, but you’ll install them on either side
of the bottom of the drawer. These are ball bearing slides and can be a great
modern aesthetic choice for your kitchen since they’re not visible when the
drawer is open. Almost all side-mount slides require ½” of clearance, so make
sure you have enough room. The important thing to remember is that you’ll need
clearance room between the drawer box and the sides of the cabinet. They come in
pairs and attach to each side of the cabinet drawer. Side-Mount slides are the
kind you’re most likely to be upgrading. Some cabinets use center-mount slides
instead, but those are less common and you’ll typically only be shopping for
those if you need to replace an existing one that broke.

I currently have 3 videos at various stages of completion, new products that
have just arrived and a long backlog of ideas to work through once those are
completed (how-to content). There will be a video companion for it as well. Very
little content exists on this new guide, at this point, but content will be
added rapidly. A new guide for a new product has been started. If you’d like to
catch a quick look at it, check out this YT short video. However, Amazon is
slowly shipping their home robot -Astro! I was able to acquire one and will be
working on a new guide and video to support it. – I’ve always wanted to have a
robot for the home, I’ve even gone to the effort of creating my own with my
son.I’ll update in a later post as more sections are fully documented. At this
point, please consider this guide should as an “Alpha” preview. I’ve tested most
all of it’s main features, but there are a few I need to become better
acquainted with. There is much more content to be added, which will be done over
the course of the next few days. – A very early and incomplete version of the
Amazon Astro guide may be found here.Though, planning to have two videos
released this week. Not sure, at this point, which will come first.

I also recently received some interesting items from AtGames. The companion
video is also progressing well and should be completed by the end of this week.

SNOWMOBILE EXPO WEST YELLOWSTONE

Sunday, brought some passing sunshine and meadows full of pow turns, while
Monday and Tuesday brought some scratches and a sweet pine scent as we bashed
the trees. Thankful for the storms that blew in on Saturday night during the
freestyle, we were left with 2-3 feet of deep fresh blower pow. We spent the
rest of our weekend out on the snow.

After next weekend, the "Best of the West" will be crowned in Jackson Hole. All
the riders in attendance had flip trips in there bag, but because of the winds
only a couple riders pulled the trick out. Sam Rogers and Willie Elam were the
crowd favorites and came to put on a show, even with the shoddy weather. The
weather proved to be a challenge at the first stop with a pretty steady breeze
and snowflakes the size of golf balls. We had the opportunity to be one of the
premier sponsors of the event, along with the likes of industry favorites such
as HMK, Bikeman Performance, CA Pro Skis, WPS, and Bulldog Decks. West was the
first of two stops for this event. The other featured event for the weekend was
the Octane Addictions Best of the West freestyle show. The weekend also included
snow cross, snow bike, and WSSRA drag races.

Klim, Motorfist, Slednecks, Polaris, Arctic Cat, Ski-Doo, Yamaha, 509, Mountain
Addiction, Mountain Fit Hoods, CMX, SLP, and XXXModRods were all in attendance.
The weekends events featured the main show, with vendors from across the
country. It was the 22nd annual showing of the West Yellowstone Snowmobile Expo,
and it was full of 2013 excitement. This past weekend we had the opportunity to
