It is nestled in scenic Hocking Hills, just minutes from Old Man's Cave. Enjoy the nearby restaurants, shops, and numerous outdoor activities. Grand Oak has all the comforts of home, wrapped in a beautiful rustic setting. Check availability and make reservations DISCOVER GRAND OAK CABIN -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * * * * * * * * * * * * * * AMENITIES -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sleeps up to 10 Three Bedrooms - 2 1/2 Baths Main floor: Bedroom #1 - 1 King bed, Full bath off foyer Second floor: Bedroom #2 - 2 Queen beds, Bedroom #3 - 1 Queen bed, full bath in hallway Walk Out Basement: Queen sofa bed, half bath Fully equipped kitchen Satellite Television Two 50" flat screen TVs with Blu-Ray Players Stereo System WIFI Hot Tub Central Heat and A/C Gas Log Fireplace (seasonal) Gas Grill Outdoor Fire pit Washer and Dryer Rec Room with Pool Table, Ping Pong, Shuffleboard Table, Card Table Corn Hole All linens and towels provided RATES -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rates include 6 people age 5 and up. Each additional person is $25/day. Up to a maximum of 10 guests total. Children 4 and under are free. December – February Weekday $299 per night Weekday $319 per night March - November Weekday $349 per night Weekend $399 per night Rates do not include the following taxes and fees: 6% Bed tax (This is a township and county tax not affiliated with the lodging owner) 6% Service fee (This service fee is not affiliated with the lodging owner; it is a charge from ReservationsOnline and has different refund policies.) Reservations are required and a 50% deposit secures your reservation. Full payment is required 14 days prior to stay. A weekend stay requires two nights at the weekend rate. A weekend stay is any stay that includes a Friday or Saturday night. 2 night minimum stay required at all times. Stay 7 or more nights and receive 10% off. POLICIES -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cancellation Full refund for any cancelation within 30 days of arrival minus $50.00 processing fee. 50% refund for any cancellation within 29 days of arrival. No refund for any cancellation within 14 day of arrival. Minimum Age You must be 21 years of age or have a parent or guardian staying in the cabin with you, in order to rent our cabin. Pets Pets are not allowed on our property. Damages We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning from your stay. If you notice any problems upon checking in, please let us know right away to avoid any damages being charged to your account. Amenities Occasionally appliances, hot tubs, satellite, etc… can malfunction. We will service and restore these amenities as quickly as we can, but will not make any rental concession for time without these items. Likewise, loss of electricity, water, or other “Acts of Nature” that are outside of our control will not result in a refund of any monies paid. Due to cleaning and servicing, hot tubs are sometimes not up to full temperature at the time of check in and may need several hours to heat. We ask that you follow all guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities in order to keep them functioning at peak efficiency. Failure to do so may result in damage or excessive cleaning charges. Driving Conditions Hocking County is a very rural county with curvy and hilly roads which requires cautious driving. The roads leading to our cabin are nicely paved two lane highways that are well maintained. The drive up to our property does have an incline and may require 4-wheel drive during inclement weather. Bugs Please be aware that you are coming to stay in the middle of the woods. While we have our cabin treated on a regular basis, it is likely that you will see bugs during your stay. We are not able to refund your reservation if you see bugs or spiders during your stay. Hunting, Weapons, Fireworks, ATV's Absolutely no shooting,weapons of any kind on our property. Also, we do not allow ATV's or fireworks to be used at our location. Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin, but you are welcome to smoke outside or on the deck/porch. Ashtrays are provided for your use. Smoking inside the cabin will result in a $500 cleaning charge. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Occupancy Please limit the number of guests to the number of guests included in your reservation. We do not allow additional visitors. You will be charged for any additional guests, and may be asked to leave without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of the cabin. No refunds will be made in the event a person is required to vacate the premises because of disruptive conduct or failure to follow our rental guidelines and policies.
