WHAT IS FEDVIP?

FEDVIP is a voluntary, enrollee-pay-all program providing dental and vision
benefits to federal and U.S. Postal Service (USPS) employees and annuitants,
certain retired uniformed service members, and active duty family members. It
offers eligible participants a choice between 12 dental and 5 vision carriers.

Federal and USPS employees—including certain seasonal, intermittent, and
temporary employees—are eligible to enroll in FEDVIP if your position is not

FEDVIP COVERAGE AND PREMIUM

BENEFEDS is committed to working with any Federal Employees Dental and Vision
Insurance Program (FEDVIP) enrollee who lives, or is stationed, in the areas
affected by a recent natural disaster (such as hurricane, tornado, wildfire, or
other weather-related event) and misses premium payments during this time of
crisis.

We'll plan to bring each affected FEDVIP enrollee's account up to date if
premium payments are missed due to any of these natural disasters. Your FEDVIP
coverage will not be canceled.

FLTCIP PREMIUM

BENEFEDS is committed to working with any Federal Long Term Care Insurance
Program (FLTCIP) enrollee who lives, or is stationed, in areas impacted by a
recent natural disaster (such as hurricane, tornado, wildfire, or other
weather-related event) and misses premium payments during this time of crisis.

We will make arrangements to bring each affected enrollee’s account up to date,
if premium payments are missed due to any of these natural disasters. Your
FLTCIP coverage will not be canceled.

If you live, or are stationed, in areas impacted by a recent natural disaster,
