Colorado Notary Public Hi, my name is Katja S. Reiss. I am certified and commissioned through the State of Colorado as a Notary Public. I am a proud member and insured through the National Notary Association. I am offering a mobile notary service for your convenience. I can help you in German and English I specialize in Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Power of Attorney, Certification of Depositions, and General Notarization's. CREDENTIALS: * Colorado Notary Public, Commission #20234005936 Please Note: A Notary Public is not an attorney and cannot give any legal advice or accept legal fees for legal advice! SERVICES -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * All NOTARY SERVICE 9-6PM $60. This is for notarization's within business hours Monday to Friday. Includes one document notarized; each additional document is $5. Travel fee is included. Please have the document completed before we meet unless the document says do not fill it out prior to being present in front of a notary. DO NOT sign or date the document. This will expedite your appointment. Please have valid government identification. No paper or digital IDs can or will be accepted. All signers& possible witnesses must be present. Please Note: We may decline to notarize if the signer is confused, not fully aware, not coherent or responsive, or does not have proper ID. Our service fee will be due even if the notarization cannot be completed.. AFTER HOURS & EMERGENCY NOTARY $75. This is for notarization's after hours. Includes one document notarized; each additional document is $5. Travel fee is included. Holiday and Sunday notarization's may have an additional charge. The charge depends on day and time. Please call for an exact quote. Please have valid government identification. No paper or digital IDs can or will be accepted. All signers & possible witnesses must be present. CANCELLATION AND LATE FEES Please give 24 hours notice for all cancellations and/or changes to appointments. Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a fee. 50% of our base fee will be charged to all appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full scheduled service fee. Late Fees After a 15 min. grace period, every ten minutes the client is late, the documents are not prepared, and/or the notarization is otherwise unable to proceed, a fee of $10 will be added to the service rate.
