   charitable donations.

VISA® PROVIDED BENEFITS


Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver
Decline the rental company's collision insurance and charge the entire cost to
your covered card. Coverage is provided for theft and collision damage for
covered rental cars in the U.S. and abroad. In the U.S., coverage is secondary
to your personal insurance.**

Extended Warranty Protection
Add up to an additional year to your qualifying warranty with Extended Warranty
Protection, available for purchases made with your covered card.**

Travel and Emergency Assistance Services
If you run into a problem traveling, call the Benefit Administrator for legal
and medical referrals or other travel emergency assistance. No card purchase is
required.**

Purchase Security
Covers new retail purchases made with your card in the event of theft or damage
due to fire, vandalism or accidentally discharged water or certain weather
conditions within the first 90 days from the date of your purchase.**

**With the exception of Travel and Emergency Assistance Services, benefits are
available when you make a qualifying purchase with your card. Restrictions,
limitations and exclusions apply. Once your account is opened we will send you a
Guide to Benefits, which includes a full explanation of coverage. Benefits do
not apply to cardholders whose account has been suspended or cancelled.
