How can I make sure that donations will be assigned to the needs of the

We are an official NGO called "Center for Assistance to the Army, Veterans and
Their Families" in operation since 2014 - Registration. Your donation goes to an
official account that is noted in the Public Offer. An independent reporter has

How can I make sure that my sign is real and it wasn’t erased or made in
photoshop?
You can see an archive of the completed orders on our social media or order a
video of a shell with your text being fired,
How long does it take to receive a photo of a shell with my text?
It usually takes 2-3 month, but that can be affected by multiple factors such as
unit availability, but if your sign has to be done by a specific date - let us
know by sending an email to - support@signmyrocket.com Video of firing a shell
with your text and sign on an M777 can take more than 2 weeks. No dates can be
guaranteed.
If I order a video of a shell with my text written on it being fired, will I be
able to see my text on it?
Yes, you will see your text on a shell while loading
Can I request a refund?
Even though this is a donation you still can be refunded in case your signature
wasn't assigned to a unit or the specific option you've chosen is no longer
available.

Do you accept donations to the National Bank of Ukraine?
