Participation in Jockey's loyalty program requires Jockey to retain certain
categories of personal information, of the type noted elsewhere in this policy.
If a California resident requests the deletion of all personal information in
Jockey's possession, the resident may not be able to participate in the loyalty
program unless such information is recollected and stored with their
authorization.

To exercise the rights listed in this section, a California consumer may
