Dr. Stark was inspired to become a plastic surgeon at a young age when she met a
man with a congenital deformity and saw how it affected his life and
self-esteem. Since that moment, she aspired to dedicate her life to help instill

Dr. Stark was also influenced by her background in art to pursue plastic
